Join OUTsurance’s New Business department as a Customer Representative, handling inbound calls from UK clients. You’ll assist with quotes, payments, and queries—delivering excellent service and showcasing the benefits of OUTsurance products (no cold calling involved). Full training provided.

Responsibilities

•  Handle inbound customer queries and sales calls.
•  Provide quotes, take payments, and promote product benefits.
•  Deliver excellent service and build positive customer relationships.
•  Meet sales and service targets.
•  Follow compliance and quality standards.
•  Complete all required training.

Requirements

•  Minimum Matric Qualification or equivalent qualification

Skills & Competencies

•  Fluent, accent-neutral English.
•  Customer service or sales experience (retail, hospitality, etc.).
•  Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
•  Active listening and strong PC skills.
•  Flexible to work shifts, including weekends.
•  Motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn.
