Responsibilities

•  Assist with equipment hire inquiries
•  Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate records
•  Communicate effectively and resolve customer issues
•  Coordinate rentals and maintain a neat work environment
•  Perform credit vetting and handle transactions
•  Collaborate with branch staff and represent the company at events

Requirements

•  Valid Driver’s License
•  Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
•  Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous
•  Strong communication, administrative, and customer service focus
