Complete a 12-month Customer Care learnership in the Contact Centre that provides a holistic experience of the customer journey. This is a call canter role working in the Short-Term Insurance department providing customer support on all insurance-related queries.

Requirements

•  Age between 18-29 years
•  SA Citizen
•  Grade 12
•  Unemployed
•  Has never participated in a leanership/intern program previously.
•  Not participated in the YES program before
•  Residing in the Gauteng area – preferably 1 taxi ride away from A&G Park (We are flexible on this though)

Skills & Competencies

•  Basic computer literacy
•  Able to communicate in English (very good written and verbal communication skills). Afrikaans will be advantageous
