Description

As a Junior Learnership participant at Absa Bank, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of learning and development services in line with predefined objectives and standard operating procedures (SOPs). This role involves managing administration, leading teams to achieve performance targets, and ensuring that learning outcomes align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

•  Manage daily customer service quality targets by interacting with Inbound and Outbound consultants.
•  Drive participation in weekly skills audit tests and coach team members to achieve the desired results.
•  Lead and motivate teams to meet and exceed performance targets set in quarterly contracts.
•  Ensure assessments are conducted and coaching sessions are provided as required.
•  Meet and exceed service level agreements, including productivity, outbound transfer calls, and adherence to schedules.
•  Maintain compliance with required In-office Time for the team.
