Description

Deliver professional client service via inbound calls, emails, and walk-ins while ensuring compliance with service level agreements and legislative requirements.

Responsibilities

•  Handle client interactions professionally via various channels
•  Resolve complaints and ensure timely resolutions
•  Provide relevant client information and documentation
•  Maintain accurate client records in the system
•  Complete all administrative and reporting tasks on time
•  Ensure compliance with legislative requirements
•  Identify and report system failures or areas for process improvement
•  Investigate and resolve client queries within agreed service levels
•  Escalate complex queries to relevant stakeholders
•  Provide accurate advice to clients for effective after-sales service
•  Generate regular service delivery reports
•  Build and maintain strong client relationships
•  Recommend ways to improve customer experience
•  Work collaboratively with peers and stakeholders
•  Contribute to a positive and professional work environment
•  Continuously upskill in industry trends and regulations
•  Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency
•  Ensure ethical and responsible use of company resources
•  Support risk identification and mitigation efforts

Requirements

•  Matric OR 1-2 years of experience in the retirement industry
•  Valid driver’s license
•  Proficient in English and one other South African language (Afrikaans, Zulu, Xhosa, etc. preferred)
•  MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
