Cashbuild is looking for a Cashier to handle Point of Sale (POS) transactions accurately, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

•  Process cash, card, and electronic transactions efficiently
•  Ensure correct identification and pricing of goods
•  Maintain accurate cash handling (no shortages or overs)
•  Perform cash-ups and drop all daily takings into the safe/vault
•  Provide fast and friendly customer service
•  Adhere to safety and security protocols
•  Assist customers and direct them to the relevant department

Requirements

•  Grade 12 (Matric) or 1 year of cashier experience
•  Ability to communicate in English and the local language
•  Basic math and administrative skills
•  Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
•  Ability to work under pressure
