Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a YES Learner – Switchboard Operator.

This 12-month learnership is part of the Youth Employment Service (YES) initiative, aimed at providing young South Africans with valuable work experience to kick-start their careers.

If you are passionate about communication, and customer service, and keen to gain experience in a professional environment, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities

•  Answering incoming calls.
•  Transferring calls.
•  Replying to emails.

Requirements

•  Must be 18-29.
•  Must have Matric/Grade 12.
•  Must reside in Gauteng.
•  Must have good communication skills (written and verbal)
•  Must be punctual.
