Assist management with store maintenance, provide excellent customer service, and ensure adherence to store policies and procedures. Responsibilities include handling sales transactions, assisting with product flow, developing displays, and greeting customers.

Responsibilities

•  Provide the highest level of customer service
•  Complete sales transactions (cash, credit, checks)
•  Assist with ticketing and stockroom-to-sales-floor product flow
•  Help create merchandise displays
•  Use selling techniques to enhance sales
•  Greet customers and assist with product selection
•  Maintain store housekeeping standards
•  Safeguard company assets

Requirements

•  Passion for retail and customer service
•  Strong communication skills
•  Flexibility for evening and weekend shifts
•  Previous fashion retail experience (preferred but not required)
•  Matric certificate
•  0–1 years of retail experience
