Description

Join our team as a Customer Care Multiskilled Agent. As the first point of contact for our US-based customers, you will deliver exceptional service by handling inquiries, product requests, complaints, and claims related to various banking accounts.

Responsibilities

Engage in conversations to understand customer needs.
Ask questions to identify the root cause of issues.
Use tools effectively to respond to customer inquiries, including banking requests, account information, and service-related concerns.

Requirements

Essential: Matric/NQF Level 4
Clear credit and criminal record
Essential: Minimum of 12 months Call Centre experience

Skills & Competencies

Excellent English proficiency in speech and writing.
Typing speed of 25 wpm
Multi-tasking ability
Numeric ability and basic accounting knowledge.
