Description

The Sales Administrator role involves managing WHU tasks, including call listening, updating the Genex system, and ensuring service-level agreements (SLA) are met. The position also involves lead management, ensuring proper allocation and integration of leads, and tracking team progress.

Responsibilities

•  Full RCA (this entails call listening, sending the queries to the relevant stakeholders to provide feedback on the Detractor )
•  Updating information on Genex ( system used for WHU detractors ) and ensure SLA is met daily
•  Contacting clients to confirm service failure and providing updates to clients
•  Allocation of leads
•  Ensure all leads integrated
•  Ensure the team is up to date with their worklist
•  Daily stats
•  Post Sales

Requirements

•  National Certificate Level 4 (N4) / Grade 12 (Required)
