You'll engage with customers and stock, helping build your retail and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

•  Assisting customers in finding merchandise
•  Managing payments and purchases at the POS system
•  Opening new accounts
•  Merchandising the store according to MBP (Merchandise Business Plan) principles
•  Controlling stock losses
•  Ensuring customer security and safety
•  Learning continuously and completing your logbooks
•  Preparing for assessments to be found competent

Requirements

•  Grade 10 – 12
•  A passion for fashion and retail
•  Willingness to learn and grow
•  Committed to completing the program and assessments
