Description

As a Sales Assistant at Cape Union Mart, you will be responsible for exceeding customer expectations through excellent selling techniques and service. You'll ensure stock loss controls are followed, meet individual sales targets, and identify opportunities to increase turnover. Additionally, you will maintain store housekeeping and visual merchandising standards to optimize sales. The role requires a passion for creating an inspiring shopping environment and building strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

Requirements

•  6 months of retail experience
•  Matric or Equivalent
•  Clear Criminal record
•  Microsoft – Computer Proficiency
•  Ability to communicate effectively.
•  Knowledge of current clothing trends/outdoor lifestyle (depending on the brand applying for)
