Description

As a Telesales Clerk at RCL Foods, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting products or services, and ensuring effective communication to close sales or solicit donations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

•  Deliver sales pitches over the phone using prepared scripts to persuade customers to purchase products or services.
•  Contact businesses or individuals to generate sales or request donations.
•  Explain products, services, and pricing, addressing customer inquiries.
•  Record customer information, including names, addresses, and payment details.
•  Source new potential customers from directories, reply cards, or purchased lists.
•  Tailor sales scripts to align with the needs and interests of customers.
•  Respond to incoming calls from prospective customers.

Requirements

•  Matric certificate.
•  Certificate in Sales.
•  Minimum of one year relevant telesales experience.
