Introstat is offering an opportunity to join a “Sales-Focused Learnership” which will be conducted during a 12-month fixed term contract in our Johannesburg Office. During the Learnership period you will complete a Business Administration Services L4 Qualification, and you will be trained on how to become a successful Sales Professional. There may be a potential opportunity to join the company in a sales role based on availability and performance after the 12-month fixed term period. The learnership will begin on 1 April 2025 and will end on 31 March 2026.

We are looking for Matriculants who have passed Matric from 2022 onwards and are not enrolled in tertiary education.

Successful candidates will be interviewed by the hiring manager to establish if you have met the inherent job requirement. There will be no guarantee of continued employment at the end of the learnership period if you do not meet all the requirements.

You will be paid a monthly STIPEND for the 12 months learnership period, and you will receive a registered SETA qualification provided all requirements are met.

Requirements

•  Grade 12 Certificate (with Maths / Maths Lit)
•  IT as a subject would be an advantage
•  Located within 20km of Linbro Park
•  Good English speaking and writing skills
