Responsibilities

•  Assist customers with inquiries in-store and provide answers to any technical questions.
•  Drive sales by selling products and services to customers and representing the company’s brand.
•  Reach out to potential clients via email, phone, and WhatsApp.
•  Negotiate with clients and use persuasion techniques to address concerns and close deals successfully.
•  Process and complete orders to ensure timely delivery of products requested by customers.
•  Help with the daily management of the store, including stock counts and handling customer queries or complaints.
•  Maintain a neat and organized store environment.
•  Handle payments and operate the cash register.
•  Welcome customers and ensure excellent service is provided.
•  Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily sales and activities.
•  Stay informed about new products and industry events.
•  Represent the company at trade shows.

Requirements

•  Matric.
•  Passion for shooting.

Skills & Competencies

•  Strong and in-depth knowledge of PCP air rifles is advantageous.
•  Skills in PCP air rifle repair are a plus.
•  Experience and competence in sales.
•  Excellent interpersonal skills.
