Description

Responsible for telephonic orders right through to despatch and delivery. Follows up queries regarding orders received. Canvasses telephonically for new business from existing and potential clients.

Responsibilities

•  Meet agreed new business lead referral and sales targets.
•  Follow-up on sales prospect.
•  Provide an exceptional customer experience.
•  Take responsibility for addressing gaps highlighted in own sales development and coaching.
•  Continuous learning and development, in adherence to the Fit & Proper requirement (FAIS Act].

Requirements

•  Matric / Grade 12 Grade 12 or NQF level 4 (Essential).
•  Computer literate.
•  3 months sales experience needed.
