Description

This 12-month Learnership Programme offers an exciting opportunity for unemployed youth interested in pursuing a career in the insurance and financial services industry. Participants will gain valuable workplace experience, learn sales and customer service skills, and work toward obtaining an NQF Level 4 Wealth Management qualification, supported by experts in the field.

Responsibilities

•  Complete all theoretical learning modules and assessments.
•  Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks related to the program.
•  Provide excellent service by responding to client queries professionally and efficiently.
•  Route client queries to appropriate stakeholders and assist in query resolution.
•  Ensure all client service level agreements are met or exceeded.
•  Compile and distribute required documents within specified time frames.
•  Maintain high standards of office organization and housekeeping.

Requirements

•  Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4 qualification.
•  South African citizen by birth.
•  Aged between 18 and 35.
•  Unemployed at the time of application.
•  Belonging to a previously disadvantaged group.
•  People living with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
