Responsibilities

•  Assisting with ERP solution configurations, data migration, and system setup.
•  Supporting client implementations and testing activities.
•  Creating and maintaining documentation (user guides, client requirements, and process notes).
•  Attending and taking minutes during client and project meetings.
•  Conducting research to support system design and implementation.
•  Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
•  Communicating directly with clients and internal stakeholders in a professional manner.

Requirements

•  A completed National Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
•  Strong computer literacy – proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
•  South African citizenship
•  Not currently in full-time employment
•  Available to start on the 1st of June 2025, for a 12-month internship
•  Based in Johannesburg or willing to relocate
•  Able to work in a hybrid setup (office and remote)
