Motus Toyota City currently holds a temporary vacancies for an Admin Assistant: Sales.

Reporting to the Manager: New Vehicles Sales, the purpose of this role is to assist the New Car Sales Department with sales and lead administrative functions.

Responsibilities

•  Candidate is required to work with hand in hand with sales people.
•  Co-ordinate deliveries.
•  Upkeep of showroom floor, stock and display.
•  Assist sales manager with weekly stock counts.
•  The candidate must be able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
•  Assist with general day to day admin duties.
•  Assist with driving whenever there is a need.

Requirements

•  A minimum of Grade 12
•  Clear Criminal Record
•  Computer literacy is essential
•  Valid Driver’s License
