Novus Print is seeking to appoint a Finance Intern to assist the accountants with the day-to-day functions of the Finance department. This opportunity is ideal for a student studying towards a qualification and requires in service training/work exposure for a period of 12 months.

Responsibilities

•  To assist the Finance team with the day-to-day functions of the finance department
•  Customer invoicing, credit and debit note entries
•  Resolve billing errors to ensure accurate costing and invoicing
•  Ensure that charges are verified to a valid quotation and support documentation
•  Assist with monthly management reporting
•  Resolution of queries
•  Ad hoc requests when required
•  Reconciliation of supplier accounts
•  Balance sheet account reconciliations
