Description

The Clerk: Enquiries will be responsible for handling customer billing account queries, ensuring financial and clerical tasks are carried out efficiently in line with finance department objectives and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

•  Attend to customer billing account enquiries
•  Perform financial and clerical duties aligned with the finance section
•  Ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate governance
•  Support departmental performance and service standards
•  Maintain ethical and professional stakeholder interactions

Requirements

•  Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
•  At least 1 year of relevant experience
