Description

The learner will participate in and complete the Learnership programme, gaining theoretical knowledge and practical work experience in administration. The programme focuses on foundational skills such as literacy, numeracy, communication, computer skills, and basic business principles. The learner will provide administrative support to improve the effectiveness of managers and departments.

Responsibilities

•  Participate in the Learnership programme and complete the assessment process
•  Engage in work-place readiness activities and exercises
•  Provide administrative support to enhance department effectiveness
•  Develop skills in Entrepreneurship, Business Operations, Customer Service, Business Accounting, Maths Literacy, and more

Requirements

•  Matric/Grade 12 (Diploma or Bachelor's degree will be advantageous)
•  0-2 years of relevant experience
