The IT General Support learnership aims to empower unemployed youth by providing valuable work experience. The program includes both theoretical learning and practical workplace experience in IT general support tasks.

Responsibilities

•  Assist the IT Infrastructure team with building and IT facilities management
•  Maintain laptops and printers
•  Provide video conferencing equipment and room support
•  Dispatch, receive, and label IT equipment
•  Assist with general office support tasks as needed within the team/business

Requirements

•  Matric (Grade 12)
•  No previous experience required
