Learnership Details Company Details Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Capital (HC) Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Capital, including recruitment, employee engagement, learning and development, and HR administration. The successful candidate will work closely with our HC team to support day-to-day operations and projects that contribute to the overall employee experience and business objectives.
Subscribe to Job Alerts Responsibilities Manage the relevant Recruitment Inbox and collating/sorting all vacancies and applications Conduct ITC checks via MIE Maintain the recruitment applicant tracking systems for each vacancy Correspond appropriately regarding ad hoc applications and CV’s Process payments of placement invoices Coordinate interview scheduling Process training-related invoices and resolve queries. Handle logistical arrangements for training events and initiatives. Assist with the administration of the performance review process. Provide quality assistance for ad hoc projects. Send welcome emails to new joiners. Book developmental assessment sessions six weeks after start dates. Coordinate the Induction program, including sending invitations and preparing Induction packs. Send welcome letter and packs to new beneficiaries Provide co ordinating support at Imfundo events (invitations, logistics & gifting) Booking of quarterly student meetings (secure times with student & book venues) Booking of career fairs & school visits (including collateral) Order catering for Imfundo Board Meeting Booking of Imfundo Travel (incl. Trustees) Payment of invoices Capturing Data for Budget Reconciliation Annual Student Feedback survey Support with annual student selection Other Ad hoc requests
Requirements Matriculation Certificate (Matric) (Required) Skills & Competencies Strong interest in the Human Capital field and a passion for people. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work well in a team as well as independently. Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
