Description

To deliver on the centres day-to-day Human Resources (HR) function, including personnel administration and record-keeping, recruitment, selection and onboarding, benefits and wellness administration, and employee relations in line with SBV policies, procedures, systems and relevant legislative standards. Responsibilities

•  Administer HR records and documentation in line with company policies and legislation.
•  Support recruitment processes for various positions, including job postings, interviews, and offer letters.
•  Facilitate new employee onboarding and manage offboarding processes (resignations, retirements, dismissals).
•  Maintain HR-related reports, such as vacancy trackers, performance appraisals, and leave management.
•  Support employee relations, talent management, and wellness initiatives.
•  Assist with transformation efforts, including meeting Employment Equity targets.
•  Ensure accurate data management in HR systems like Kronos.

Requirements

•  Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR function.
•  Currently studying towards a Human Resources Degree or Diploma.

Skills & Competencies

•  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple HR tasks.
•  Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
