Responsibilities

•  Actively participate in classroom training sessions and practical on-the-job training.
•  Develop a deep understanding of the company's products, policies, and procedures.
•  Compile and submit a comprehensive portfolio of evidence to SETA.
•  Maintain detailed logbooks for work-based learning.
•  Complete formative and summative assessments to meet program requirements.
•  Utilize company systems effectively and understand operational processes.
•  Build trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders.
•  Adhere to service level agreements and proactively enhance client service quality.
•  Resolve client queries efficiently and utilize feedback to improve services.
•  Monitor turnaround times and ensure adherence to quality standards.
•  Foster strong relationships with colleagues and promote teamwork.
•  Support change initiatives and contribute to team innovation.
•  Actively participate in team activities and share responsibilities.
•  Identify and recommend solutions to improve cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
•  Escalate unresolved compliance issues for investigation and resolution.

Requirements

•  Matric or NQF 4 qualification.
•  Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy with a minimum score of 40%.
•  English and one other South African language with a minimum score of 40%.
