The Sales Learnership aims to provide participants with theoretical knowledge and practical skills through a structured program, fostering professional growth and improving employment opportunities.

Responsibilities

•  Participate in classroom and on-the-job training aligned with program goals.
•  Gain a thorough understanding of company products, policies, and procedures.
•  Compile a portfolio of evidence and maintain detailed work-based learning logbooks.
•  Complete formative and summative assessments to meet proficiency standards.
•  Demonstrate effective use of company systems and operational processes.
•  Build trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
•  Ensure adherence to service level agreements and proactively improve client service quality.
•  Monitor and enhance service turnaround times, resolving issues to elevate client satisfaction.
•  Address and resolve client queries efficiently, using feedback to improve processes.
•  Foster positive relationships with colleagues and support team culture.
•  Embrace change initiatives and encourage innovation within the team.
•  Drive personal and professional growth while consistently upholding company values.
•  Identify cost-effective solutions to improve operational efficiency.
•  Escalate unresolved policy or compliance issues for thorough investigation.

Requirements

•  Matric or NQF 4 qualification.
•  Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy: Minimum 40%.
•  English and one other South African language: Minimum 40%.
