This learnership program provides hands-on training in various manufacturing and maintenance tasks, including working in a team, safety procedures, hand tools, assembly, welding, operating production machines, firefighting, and product dispatch operations. Successful completion leads to an NQF Level 3 certification.
Responsibilities
Work as part of a team in a production environment.
Follow safety protocols and use hand tools effectively.
Assist with assembly, manufacturing, and marking off welding tasks.
Operate and monitor production machines.
Prepare surfaces for production work.
Assist in operations and dispatching of products.
Participate in firefighting training and safety procedures.
Requirements
National Technical Certificate (N3-N6).
Matric/Technical Matric with Maths, Physical Science, or Engineering Science, and relevant trade theory (Electrical, Mechanical, or Motor Trade).
