Description

The Administrative Clerk will support chauffeur services and fleet operations through administrative tasks such as capturing trip requests, vehicle dispatch and receiving, managing license discs, and data capturing on the Fleet Information System.

Responsibilities

•  Capture and allocate chauffeur trip requests.
•  Confirm services with clients.
•  Inspect and manage expired vehicle license discs.
•  Dispatch and receive vehicles with proper documentation and inspections.
•  Record and monitor chauffeur service data on the Fleet Information System.

Requirements

•  Grade 12 / Matric certificate
•  No criminal record
•  No experience required
