Afrika Tikkun Services, in partnership with Mercedes Benz South Africa, offers the Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme—a 12-month initiative designed to provide unemployed South African youth with valuable work experience and skills.

The YES Programme aims to empower young individuals by offering hands-on experience in the automotive sector. Participants engage in various roles, gaining exposure to real-world work environments, which enhances their employability and prepares them for future career opportunities.

Requirements

•  Possess a Grade 12/Matric certificate; a tertiary qualification is advantageous.
•  Be willing to commit to the full 12-month duration.
•  Not have previously participated in a YES Programme.
