The RCL FOODS Talent Team is on the hunt for an experienced Time and Attendance Clerk to join our Group Services Division.

The role will be based in Malelane and report to the Payroll Controller. RCL FOODS entrusts the successful incumbent to provide ensuring accurate recording and management of employee timekeeping, attendance, and payroll-related transactions.

Responsibilities

•  Review hours and error messages for Malalane and Komati mills to prevent short payments.
•  Provide training and support to time managers at both mills.
•  Manage employee engagements and discharges.
•  Verify hours for payroll processing in line with company policies.
•  Ensure clocking data is received and processed on time in both the SACO and SAP systems.
•  Ensure payslips have the correct hours
•  Identify and process payments for employees who have been underpaid.
•  Ensure employees entitled to standby allowances are correctly compensated, aligning SACO system data with standby lists.
•  Address payroll-related concerns and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
•  Maintain organized records for audit purposes.
