Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems. Implement security updates, patches, and compliance measures. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes. Document technical solutions and procedures. Collaborate with internal teams to improve IT systems and efficiency. Provide remote assistance using IT help desk tools and ticketing systems.
Requirements At least 1-2 years of IT support experience. Proficiency in Windows & Mac OS, networking, and cloud applications. Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, VPNs, and remote desktop tools. Knowledge of IT security best practices and troubleshooting techniques. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Essential equipment: Reliable laptop, high-speed internet, and headset with a microphone.
