Warehouse Learner – Your Future Position?
We are looking for a Warehouse Learner for our site in Tulisa Park, South Africa. As a Learner you will perform basic assignments to handle and maintain flow of raw materials and finished products in manufacturing areas according to established guidelines under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
- Stock movement from Warehouse to production and vice versa
- Moving of stock into the factory to enable Operators to start compounding
- Blending of all overages
- Prepare samples for other departments i.e FC&A and planning
- Blend all stocks in LSI into fixed bins
- Replenish fixed bins materials and stock verification on a daily basis.
- Pumping of alcohol and other materials into farm tanks
- Knowledge of using a scanner
- Conduct 5s in your work station
- Eliminate hazards that can compromise Food safety( HACCP) and Quality
- Comply with allergens management programs
- Comply with Environmental health and safety rules and standards
- Report incidents and close shaves
- Prepare returns from liquid and powders production plants to the warehouse using SAP
- Timeous liaison with all department to resolve discrepancies
- Validate all master HU’s in LSI area and allocate to the correct bin locations
- Conduct stock verification and adjust all shortages with the help of a Team Leader
- Pick / Putaway materials in warehouse and production
- Support Team leader with inventory management and control
- Investigate PSTD materials and report to the Team Leader
- Assist with inventory cycle counting both in warehouse and factory
- Investigate deviations and compile a report of findings
- Demonstrate active participation in all workplace improvement activities ( LEAN )
- Ensure safe operation of forklift, drum handling equipment and pedestrian stacker
Requirements
- Grade 12/ Matric
- Operating a forklift (advantage)
