Tsebo Facilities Solution is looking for a General Assistant to supports daily office operations by assisting with workplace moves, furniture setup, transportation of items, and ensuring an organized and efficient workspace.

Responsibilities

•  Assist with workplace moves and office space adjustments within the office park.
•  Safely load, transport, and unload office equipment, furniture, and other items as required.
•  Support the setup, reconfiguration, and dismantling of office furniture and workstations.
•  Ensure all items are handled with care and relocated efficiently.
•  Collaborate with facility management and other teams to coordinate moves.
•  Maintain a safe working environment by following proper lifting techniques and workplace safety protocols.

Requirements

•  Grade 10
•  NQF Level 2

Skills & Competencies

•  Knowledge of equipment, materials, and suppliers used in facilities management.
•  Good understanding of machine tools and general maintenance.
•  Strong time management skills with the ability to follow structured workflows.
•  Experience with carpentry and basic repair work.
•  Excellent facility with common hand and power tools.
•  Familiarity with building layouts and infrastructure.
•  Basic supplier and sub-contractor coordination skills.
•  Hospitality mind-set with a strong customer-centric focus
