Description

The OPS Administrator will provide administrative support to the Regional Manager and Operations Department. The role involves diary management, coordination of meetings and travel, handling client complaints, and compiling operational reports.

Responsibilities

•  Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute correspondence.
•  Maintain the Regional Manager’s diary and filing system.
•  Manage operational travel and accommodation bookings.
•  Process orders and CAPEX requests for the operations department.
•  Compile weekly and monthly operational reports, including crime statistics.
•  Handle AR headcount management (promotions, terminations, requisitions).
•  Draft communications regarding company-initiated client cancellations.
•  Assist with managing excess leave.
•  Screen correspondence and calls for the Regional Manager.
•  Assist Area Managers and Training Instructors with ad hoc tasks.
•  Investigate and resolve client complaints within prescribed timelines.
•  Ensure the cleanliness and security of the AR Department and Regional Manager’s office.
•  Act as an EHS representative for the AR department.

Requirements

•  Matric
•  Excellent Communication Skills (English and Afrikaans)
•  Computer literacy essential (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook
