Description

Unitrans is seeking to employ an Administration Officer I in the Agriculture division. The role will be responsible to performs a limited variety of clerical duties under statistic section, involving compiling and arranging data, making standard computations, processing, and coding documents and maintaining records and files.

Responsibilities

•  Ordinary secondary education.
•  Control field employee’s attendance (including gleaners and operators)
•  Keep weighing records (haulage details) from weighbridge.
•  Daily haulage operations data capturing and reporting.
•  Prepare machines defects report.
•  Control haulage fleets, incoming and outgoing through weighbridge during haulage operations.
•  Record time for loader & haulage fleets and direct haulage routes.
•  Hub of communication with workshop, infield operation sites and other radio users
•  Ensures Company code of conduct, policies and procedure are adhered to

Requirements

•  Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / Matric / NQF level 4 / National Senior Certificate
•  Experience in a similair role: up to 1 year
