The Learning & Development Graduate Intern will assist the L&D team in the design, delivery, and evaluation of training initiatives aimed at improving employee development and organizational performance. This internship provides practical experience in L&D strategies and operations while fostering professional growth.
Assist in analyzing, designing, developing, and delivering learning content.
Build learning frameworks aligned with business needs.
Support scheduling, venue arrangements, and communication for learning interventions.
Manage logistics for learning programs.
Contribute to the administration of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
Maintain training records and documentation.
Participate in assessing training effectiveness and analyzing learner feedback.
Create reports and presentations on learning metrics and program outcomes.
Engage with stakeholders to identify learning needs and align L&D strategies with business objectives.
Provide administrative support to the L&D team.
Requirements
Recent graduate with a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education, Psychology, Related fields, ODETDP Certificate (advantageous).
Passion for learning and instructional design.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with LMS and e-learning tools (advantageous).
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
