We are looking for a reliable and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to welcome our clients with a professional and helpful attitude. This role also requires strong administrative skills and the ability to assist the Sales Consultant, including handling purchases as needed.
Responsibilities
Professionally managing incoming calls and client communication.
Providing general administrative support and daily office management.
Assisting with purchases and order processing.
Supporting the Sales Consultant with various operational and client-related tasks.
Welcoming clients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Requirements
Completed Grade 12.
Previous experience in a reception or administrative role would be an advantage.
Basic computer skills are essential, with any computer certifications considered an additional asset.
