Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Keep track of office supplies and place orders when needed.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
