Description

The successful candidate will be an important team player in the logistics department for the accurate loading- and off-loading of trucks, as per Company standards and procedures, and Health and Safety requirements. He/she will assist in the stock take process and will further be responsible for giving instructions to the Forklift Drivers.

Responsibilities

•  Verification of quantities received and dispatching this to the Invoice.
•  Instructions to the Forklift Drivers.
•  Sanitising of all Company Vehicles.
•  Assisting in repacking of the pallets.
•  Assisting with the stock take.

Requirements

•  Grade 12/National certificate.
•  Good communication skills.
•  Must be able to work under pressure.
•  Must be in good medical condition, as he/she will be working in a cold environment.
•  Must be able to work shifts, including day, night, weekends and overtime.
•  Must have a basis understanding of the loading of trucks, previous experience will be advantaged.
•  Must be able to do basic mathematical calculations
