Ensure batched premix are delivered and made in the correct quantity to production area with minimum idle time incurred.
Ensure accurate stock control through accounting of all premix batches made as per the daily plan.
Ensure that the Daily Premix Plan is signed off by the Stores or Reconciliation clerk in acceptance of the plan.
Ensure that the correct labels with correct dates and times are placed on the premix bins before transferred to the production area.
Ensure all premix transferred to the production area are signed and accounted for by the production supervisor.
Ensure Discrepancies in actual usage of raw material are reported immediately to the stores or reconciliation clerk.
Ensure all Process Control documents are completed in full for each premix batch made and the weights calculated accurately and recorded at the end of each job run on the document provided.
Ensure that after each job run, QC inspects and verifies the premix batch weights.
Ensure that premix are weighed into the correct colour coded bins (blue bins = brown premix & white bins = white premix) are stacked in consistent configurations on a plastic pallets.
Ensure that the completed batch premix are covered/closed to prevent contamination.
Ensure all premix batched, information are recorded and hand in all documentation at the end of the shift.
Report deviations immediately to the stores or reconciliation clerk.
Responsible for keeping your assigned work area clean and tidy at all times and report potential contamination and suspicious activities.
Help spontaneously with any problems in the whole “make-up” production area.
In the event of injury on duty it must be reported to you immediate supervisor or any other supervisor. No injury reported the next day will be accepted.
Adhere to any further reasonable instruction given by any production supervisor.
Ensure daily housekeeping is done accordingly and that inspections are done as per company procedures and all deviations are rectified immediately.
