A growing company, recognized for its commitment to excellent service delivery and operational efficiency, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of General Administrator, Creditors/Debtors Clerk, and Inventory Manager. The ideal candidate will have a passion for administration, logistics, and financial accuracy.

Responsibilities

•  Processing of invoices and reconciliation of statements.
•  Managing inventory purchases and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
•  Handling client service requests and assisting with daily logistics.
•  Organizing and maintaining financial records for creditors and debtors.
•  Monitoring payroll data and providing information to auditors when needed.
•  Managing stock control and ensuring adequate supply in the workshop and store.
•  Updating supplier prices and adjusting them on accounting software daily.
•  Ensuring all stock codes and items are maintained within Xero and physical storage.
•  Responding to client queries, service requests, and emergencies via phone or email.
•  Coordinating with management for scheduling tasks and allocating jobs to technicians.
•  Ensuring ongoing communication with clients regarding the progress of jobs.
•  Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for the company fleet, including services and licenses.
•  Assisting with insurance reports for clients when necessary.
•  Maintaining the company's website and marketing via Google Maps.

Requirements

•  Matric certificate.
•  Proficient in both English and Afrikaans (written and spoken).
•  Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software (Xero preferred).
•  Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
•  The ability to work independently and take initiative.
