Subscribe to Job Alerts Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Retain existing customers and engage with churned or potential churned customers. Maintain communication quality and adhere to quality assurance standards. Resolve customer queries within Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframes. Create tickets in Zendesk for further action when needed. Accurately handle customer requests, verify customer details, and ensure security measures are followed. Provide clear and consistent communication, leaving detailed notations after every customer interaction. Promote self-help channels and new products/services to customers. Maximize sales opportunities through outbound calling. Maintain professionalism, customer confidentiality, and uphold the Mukuru brand. Continuously update knowledge of Mukuru products, money transfer procedures, AML practices, and FICA regulations. Participate in training and development opportunities.
Requirements Grade 12 or equivalent (essential). A degree/diploma is desirable. Proficiency in English. Mukuru call centre training (desirable). Knowledge of money transfer procedures, online banking, AML practices, and FICA regulations. Strong computer, multitasking, telephone, and communication skills. Time management, organizational, administrative, and conflict management skills. Sales-driven with a positive attitude and problem-solving abilities.
