Description

Motus Menlyn Multifranchise currently holds a vacancy for an Admin Assistant: Sales.

The successful candidates will be responsible for getting quotes from Suppliers for relevant repairs/ services on vehicles and obtaining best prices and value for money. The candidate will have to maintain the vehicles and follow up on vehicles that are out for repairs/ services.

The candidate will have to ensure that the vehicles are prepared for deliveries / showroom, to name a few.

Responsibilities

•  Prepare Vehicles for deliveries / showroom.
•  Getting quotes from Suppliers for relevant repairs/ services on vehicles and obtaining best prices and value for money.
•  Follow up on vehicles out for repairs/services.
•  Prepare Vehicles for deliveries / showroom.
•  Getting quotes from Suppliers for relevant repairs/ services on vehicles.
•  Maintaining vehicles.
•  Must be able to see paint work quality and visual repairs needed.
•  Must be able to put systems in place.
•  Keep the MOTUS website updated on Used Vehicles for the dealership etc.

Requirements

•  Matric.
•  Limited Technical knowledge.
•  Experience in EXCEL is a pre-requisite.
•  Website knowledge, advantageous.
•  Familiar with used cars and used car practices.

Skills & Competencies

•  Able to work under pressure.
•  Ability to negotiate with suppliers.
•  Computer Literate.
•  Deadline driven individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
