Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Services Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

•  Log and track all customer inquiries and complaints in the system, ensuring timely resolution.
•  Provide accurate and satisfactory responses to customer queries during the first interaction (First Call Resolution).
•  Conduct preliminary investigations to assist in resolving customer issues.
•  Liaise with relevant stakeholders to address and resolve complaints.
•  Deliver excellent customer service via telephone and other contact methods.
•  Maintain high service levels in alignment with MIBCO’s Mission, Vision, and Statement.

Requirements

•  Matric (Grade 12).
•  Call Centre / Financial / Administration Certificate or equivalent advantageous.
•  Knowledge and experience of Funds processing.
•  Above average verbal communication and listening skills.
•  Customer service orientated behavior towards callers, service providers.
•  Intermediate computer skills.
•  Experience within a call center environment will be advantageous.
