An opportunity has arisen for an experienced General Worker - Cleaner to ensure outside walkways remain clear and free of debris.

Responsibilities

•  Tasks include sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning offices, emptying trash, servicing restrooms, wiping communal surfaces, and maintaining cleanliness of the entire premises.
•  Ensure outside walkways are clear and free of debris.
•  Notify building management of repairs needed.
•  Assist office staff with tasks like making tea.
•  General housekeeping and maintaining environment cleanliness.
•  Follow reasonable instructions from the supervisor.

Requirements

•  Requires Grade 12 / Matric / NQF level 4.
•  Must be medically fit, reliable, and have a clean criminal record.
•  Adhere to all safety requirements and work in a safe manner.
•  Prepared to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
•  Must have own reliable transport to and from work.
•  Ability to handle heavy equipment, machinery, and perform repetitive tasks like walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
•  Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
•  Excellent communication and organizational skills.
•  Ability to work as part of a team and self-motivated to complete tasks without direct supervision.
