Responsibilities

•  Perform general Accounts Payable administrative tasks.
•  Prepare, maintain, and administer Accounts Payable documents and processes according to policies and procedures.
•  Interact with suppliers and end-users to address and resolve all accounts payable queries to ensure up-to-date supplier account reconciliations.
•  Ensure that overdue supplier account items are addressed and resolved promptly.
•  Perform Accounts Payable reconciliations in an organized, quick, and effective manner to ensure accurate and timely payments to suppliers.

Requirements

•  Grade 12.
•  Studying towards a relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous).
•  Proficiency in MS Office.
•  Experience with SAP and COUPA.
•  Accounts payable experience (advantageous).
•  Ability to maintain productivity and multi-task to produce output.
•  Target-focused, meets deadlines, is punctual, and reliable in finishing tasks.
•  Ability to interact and network with people.
•  Ability to operate without supervision and work under pressure.
