Job Details Company Details Description The successful candidate will need to provide excellent customer (Wholesale) service, capturing orders, resolving telephonic and email queries, exploring opportunities to increase sales and tracking orders with the aim of developing new and maintaining good relationships with agents, wholesale and retail customers.
Subscribe to Job Alerts Responsibilities Handle customer queries via email and phone. Communicate with customers regarding late deliveries, stock availability, and short shipments. Upsell products based on availability if specific styles are out of stock. Assist Visual Merchandiser with queries and stock transfers. Accurately enter forward sales orders within deadlines. Update sales orders with confirmed delivery dates. Ensure VAS (Value-Added Services) details are correct and up to date at DSV. Order VAS tickets well in advance. Process returns with line manager approval and follow through till credit is passed. Generate monthly reports on open orders vs purchase orders for agents and house accounts. Maintain customer purchase order details on relevant sales orders. Generate and manage returns reports. Create AR (Accounts Receivable) reports based on finance comments. Track invoices and integrated orders to DSV daily vs monthly targets. Provide monthly open sales order reports to all agents. Process returns and pass credits within SLA.
Requirements Strong customer service skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to manage and process orders accurately and efficiently. Experience in the retail industry is advantageous.
