Applications are invited for a vacancy exists for a dynamic and driven Waiter to join a team based at St John's collage. This role reports directly to a Facilities Manager, in the Integrated Business Unit

Responsibilities

•  Maintaining cleanliness in the areas allocated
•  Delivering of food and setting up for functions
•  Ensure function work areas, equipment and utensils are in a clean and orderly condition
•  Ensure food is displayed in a presentable manner
•  Clear dishes and return to kitchens after functions

Requirements

•  A positive approach, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for producing high quality customer care
•  Basic knowledge of service standards, guest relations and etiquette
•  Honest and reliable
•  No criminal Record
•  Matric and or a Basic food hygiene certificate
•  Relevant experience working in a similar environment
•  Maintaining compliance with the highest sanitation, safety, and quality standards
•  Willingness to undertake new duties to support colleagues within the team
