Debt Collection & Legal Clerk

Description

The Clerk will support the Debt Collection and Legal division by ensuring the enforcement of credit control policies, legislative compliance, and reducing financial risks in the Credit Control section.

Responsibilities

•  Execute debt collection and credit control policies effectively
•  Ensure adherence to legislative and governance requirements
•  Support risk reduction and compliance within Credit Control
•  Assist in setting performance standards and staff development
•  Deliver operational processes in line with Batho Pele service standards

Requirements

•  Grade 12 or relevant NQF Level 4 qualification
•  1 year of relevant experience in a similar credit control or debt collection environment
